Biography
Toby was born in about 1691. He was the son of Roger Hall and Christian Poyntz
He married Lady Margaret FitzGerald (daughter of Rt. Hon. Robert FitzGerald and Mary Clotworthy) in 1712.
Toby was High Sheriff of County Down in 1715. He lived at Mount Hall, County Down, Ireland.
He died in 1734.
