As stated on my grandfather's (William J. Hall) death certificate. His father was Owen Hall and his mother Jane Sturgill. He was born in 1865 which means he could not be the Owen Hall married to Judith Stumbo at that time

Hall-51486 and Hall-15967 appear to represent the same person because: I was working the Data Doctor Spread Sheet with the error code of Hint 409: Marriage to duplicate person and found this duplicate. Names, dates, locations, and relationships appear to be the same.
