Martha was born in 1848 in Perth, Western Australia.[1] She was the daughter of Thomas Sweetman and Emma Mould.
She married Charles Samuel Hall on 29 February 1880 in Fremantle.[2]
Martha died at 50 years of age on 12 January 1898[2] and was buried in Alma Street Cemetery in Fremantle two days later.[3]
