Biography

Samuel Hall was born at Concord, Massachusetts on December 8, 1665, son of Stephen Hall and Ruth Davis. [1][2]

He married Hannah Sawtell. They lived in Stow, Massachusetts. [3][4] His wife Hannah was born at Groton, Massachusetts on October 6, 1670, daughter of Jonathan and Mary (Tarbell) Sawtell. [5] [6]

Samuel died March 12, 1750 at Stow, Massachusetts. His wife Hannah died Mary 23, 1753. [2] He was buried at the Lower Village Cemetery in Stow. Inscription: Here Lyes Interd the Body of Capt. Samuel Hall Born at Concord Decembr 8th AD 1665 Departed this Life at Stow March the 12th AD 1750 Age 84 years 3M & 4D [7]
