Robert William Hull and Lillie Olivia Hall were married Christmas Day, 25 Dec 1910. Lillie was only 17 years old at the time of her marriage. She soon conceived and bore a daughter, Clara Juanita Hull, 9 Dec 1911. Sadly the joy of having a new baby in the family did not last long. Lillie died less than two weeks later. One reason offered was that Lillie developed an infection from unsanitary instruments used by the doctor at the time of her daughter's birth. Others have suggested that Lillie died as the result of a hemorrhage following the birth. Regardless which is the actual reason, Lillie passed away 22 Dec 1911 and was buried in Hull Cemetery on Christmas Day 1911 - the day that would have been her first wedding anniversary.
