Biography

Patrick and and his twin sister, Susanna, were the oldest of seven children of Captain Patrick and Susan McChesney Hall.^[1] Their parents migrated from County Armagh, Northern Ireland, to Virginia sometime between 1770 and 1775. Nothing further is known about either of them.
