Robert Clarke Hamilton was born on 8 December 1901 in Newstead, Victoria, Australia, the son of Eliza Jane (Clarke) Hamilton and Robert Hamilton.[1]
He married Henrieta Dieckmann on 31 December 1927 in Castlemaine, Victoria.[2]
Robert died on 11 August 1988 in Campbells Creek, Victoria, aged 86 years.[3]
Bert stayed on his share of the farm at Sandon, and after changing from dairy cattle to sheep, he did quite well. Bert had two children. He did not have a close contact with his brothers and sisters.
