Biography

She was the daughter of Rev James Hamilton and Catherine Leslie. Catherine was the daughter of Col James Leslie and Isabella Conyngham.

She married Oliver McCausland.

In the Will Oliver McCausland (#3455) - 7 Oct 1721 ^[1]

I do herby appoint my brother Dr. Andrew Hamilton, my son Richard Hamilton Esq & said Alexdr McCausland of Rash & Robt McCausland of Newtown Limavaddy – Exors &c. (Dr Andrew Hamilton is her brother)
