Biography

Hans Hamilton is a member of Clan Hamilton.

Hans Hamilton was born in 1536, the natural son of Archibald Hamilton, 5th of Raploch.^[1] He was also known as John. He was the Vicar between 1563 and 1608 at Dunlop, Ayrshire, Scotland.^[2]

Marriage and Family

In 1561, he married Janet Margaret Denham, daughter of James Denham of West Shields. The children of Reverend Hans Hamilton and Janet Denham:^[3]
