Jane Hamilton (b. 1720, d. 1781) Jane Hamilton (daughter of James Michael Hamilton and Julia Anne Skipton)458, 458, 459, 459 was born 1720 in Tully, Glendermot, Tyrone, Ireland460, 461, and died 1781 in Northumberland Pennsylvania. She married Thomas Alexander Armstrong on 1749 in Londonderry, Londonderry, Ulster, Ireland462, son of John Armstrong
Jane Hamilton Armstrong claimed to be the "natural daughter" of James Michael Hamilton 5th Duke of Hamilton Scotland and Lady Julia Anne Skipton of County Derry Ireland. This was reportedly written in Col. John Armstrong's hand.
