Biography

When John Hamond was born on June 1, 1642, his father, John, was 23 and his mother, Mary, was 27. He married Dorothy Hammond on June 22, 1669, in Middlesex, England. They had four children in 18 years. He died in 1721 in Virginia having lived a long life of 79 years, and was buried in Surrey, England.
