Lyle Ernest Hammond was born in Bombala, New South Wales during 1894. He was the son of Isaac Hammond & Susan Tyler.[1]
In 1926 Lyle was living at Riverbourne Camp in the Federal Territory.[2]
Lyle died at Canberra Community Hospital on 25 May 1957 and was buried at Woden Cemetery in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. He had been living at 13 Seventh Street, Narrabundah.[3][4]
