Biography
Hannah Hammond, born 18 Nov 1788, was a daughter of Hon. Samuel (or William) Hammond & Hannah Tracy. Her birth location is not certain; possibly either Norwich, Connecticut, or Norwich, New York, the latter which was established and settled by pioneers from the former.
She married 28 Apr 1805 Isaac Grant. They had 11 children, as profiled.
Hannah (Hammond) Grant died 27 Jul 1854 @ Worcester, New York.
