Birth records were recorded as 21 Oct 1888 on both his WWI draft registration and his death certificate. Records also indicate that he was 2 years younger than his brother Walton. WWI draft registration records for Walton has his date of birth as 14 December 1888. On 15 April 1902 Jene and Walton's father In testimony to the Commission to the Five Civilized Tribes stated that Walton was born in December 1888[6] and that Jene was born in October 1890.[7] Actual dates cannot be verified as there were no birth records. Dates used on this profile are as stated by his father.
