Julius was Choctaw.

Julius was born 22 Nov 1859 at Talihani, Wade, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory, the son of Nicholas Hampton and Phoebe Anderson. Julius passed away 15 Jul 1919 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Oklahoma. He is buried at the Bradley Cemetery, Bradley, Grady County, Oklahoma.[2]
