Charles spend his childhood in Cooa, Florida where he graduated from Coc oa High in 1975. Later he served in the U.S. Army and moved to the Orlan do area where he joined the Way of Life Ministry under the leadership of P astor Christine Long. During this time, Charles earned a Diploma of Practi cal Theology at the International seminary of Orlando, Florida.
He leaves to mourn one daughter: Taylor Hancock of Merritt Island, FL; a d evoted father: Bennie Hancock and stepmother Irene Hancock, both of Coco a, FL; two brothers: Bennie Hancock, Jr., of Orlando, FL and Reginald Hanc ock, of Cocoa, FL; three sisters: Vivian Davis of Minneapolis, MN, Joyce H ancock Fredriksted, St. Croix and Lavern Simpkin of Aiken, SC; one stepsis ter: Irene L. Lee, Tampa, FL; a loving and devoted friend: Lachelle Ivo ry of Orlando, FL and many aunts, uncles, relatives and loving friends.
