Biography
Mary Hancock died young.
Mary Hancock was born in Blackwell in the parish of Tredington in Worcestershire and baptised on 10 February 1705/06. The parish register states:
Mary daughter of John Hancock of Blackwell and Mary his wife was baptised February 10 1705.[1]
She died when she was three years old: Mary, the daughter of John Hancock of Blackwell was buried in Tredington on 3 July 1708.[2]
Research Notes
Before 1931, Tredington parish was an enclave in Worcestershire, after 1931 it became part of Warwickshire. [1] The parish records are now held in Warwickshire records office, so an Ancestry search on Tredington, Warwickshire may provide results.
