Biography

"A 30 year old sheet metal worker, charged with murdering his wife, was acquitted today. Judge Thomas E. Kluczynski found Donald Tipps innocent in a bench trial in Criminal Court. Tipps testified that the fatal shooting of his wife, Norma Lee, 26, was accidental. The shooting occurred Jan. 14 in their home in suburban Harvey."
