Mary Hand was the daughter of John and Alice (Gransden) Hand of Long Island. [1]
She married and later divorced Charles Barnes.[1] The divorce was granted 11 May 1669.[2]
Mary and John Huntley were convicted of fornication before marriage and while she was still married to her former husband and were assessed a fine of £10 (New London County Court Records 2:44). [3]
She then married John Huntley, as his third wife, in New London, Connecticut on 3 June 1669. Mary presumably died in Lyme prior to 5 July 1687.[1]
