Biography
1919 Fleeta is born in Illinois on 23 February 1919[1][2] However, the 1940 Census gives her estimated birth year as 1910.[3]
1920 Fleeta is the youngest of four children in the Fred and Eva Hanks household. Her siblings are Dean (11), "Ilean" (Inez Eileen) (7) and Louisa (Gladys Louise) (3). This census also lists her estimated birth year as 1919.[4]
1930 Fleeta is 11 years old and living with her family in Meacham, Marion County, Illinois.[5]
1940 Fleeta and Charles are living in Brouiletts Creek Township, Edgar County, Illinois. They have five children: Mildred L. (9), Herbert F. (7), Mable Maxine (5), Charles William (3) and Robert Riley (1).[3]
1991 Fleeta dies on 2 November in Los Angeles, California[2][6] She is buried in Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California.[7]
