Biography

Margaret migrated to Australia in 1853, with her brother Michael.

The Wedding notice in the Courier lists Margaret as the second daughter of William Hanlon Esq of Kilkenny, Ireland, and Charles as the third son of William Farquharson of Invercauld, Drayton, late of Aberdeen, Scotland.

Margaret is buried in the Drayton & Toowoomba Cemetery, Pbn 1, Row 7, Plot 47.
