Research Notes

Below info needs verification. It is meant to be a jumping off place only. William Stanley Sr.,was born in 1709, in North Carolina, the son of John Stanley and his wife, Elizabeth Lockett. William died in 1784 in Franklin County, Virginia. William Standley Sr. married Elizabeth Wise in Virginia. They had a son, William Stanley Jr., born in Bristol Parish, Prince George County, Virginia. Elizabeth died in Bristol?, Virginia on an unknown date; possibly Bristol Parish, Prince George County, Virginia. William married Elizabeth Walker on 28 November 1758. If the above info is correct William Jr. would be the son of Elizabeth Wise not Elizabeth Walker.

Hanna-4360 and Hanna-280 appear to represent the same person because: Same name, same husband

It appears the DOB is off and the spouses are different. I think there needs more research done before approving the merge.

Hanna-2277 and Hanna-280 appear to represent the same person because: Pretty sure she was the wife of William Jr. NOT the Mother. Certainly not both. Please detach incorrect connections and merge. Hanna-280 has correct BDM stats.
