Walter E. Hanson San Bernardino
Walter E. Hanson, 90, a 72-year resident of San Bernardino died August 4, 1983 in San Bernardino.
Born February 8, 1893 in Topeka, Kansas, he was a foreman for 47 years with Santa Fe Railroad and belonged to the First English Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife Marjorie of San Bernardino; daughter Alcia Eaton of Rialto, sister Margarite Sinclair of La Mesa, two grandchildren Kathleen Cochoit and Carolyn Boland of Santee; three great grandchildren, Tom Boland, Joe and Julie Cochoit.
Graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday. Internment at Mountain View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Memorial Fund at the First English Lutheran Church. Service under the direction of Bobbitt Memorial Chapel.
