- [29 Jan 2021, Moved from biography]. Evidently, there has been nothing found to prove that John Spurlock's wife was Mary Sarah Harbour, but she may have been. There certainly was a close connection between the Spurlock and Harbour families. Mary had 2 children (Jesse & Mary) who married Harbours .
- Relationship to William Vincent (M143417), Ray Binkley (A955240) and Summer Orman (A239508) confirmed by 7.8 cM triangulated match on Chromosome 1 from 115M to 148M; 7.4 generations to MRCA, consistent with paper trail
