Biography
General Alexander McAlpin Hardin was born in 1808 in Tennessee and died in 1850 in Hardin County Tennessee. He married Elizabeth Jane Robinson in 1835 in Tennessee. They both died in 1850 in Hardin County.
The 1840 Unites States census records that Alexander M (30 - 39) and Elizabeth (20 - 29) are living in Hardin, Tennessee. They have a son and a daughter under the age of 5. [1]
