Obituary
Funeral services for John Walker Hardin of Monroe, La., were conducted from the Mims Mitchell Chapel at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with Rev. Bobby D. Mount officiating. Interment followed at Cross Roads cemetery with the Mims Mitchell Funeral Home in charge.
Hardin, 21 died suddenly Saturday from injuries sustained when he was hit by an automobile.
He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Jennie Maxwell, Monroe, La.; 2 brothers, Carl Bradshaw, Indianapolis, Ind.; Aron Hardin, U. S. Navy; 6 sisters, Mrs. Christine Easterling, Raleigh; Mrs. Eunice Bowen, Raleigh; Mrs. Lilian Yates, Houston, Texas; Mrs. Levon Griffis, Jackson; Mrs. Ruthie Jean Water, Magee; Miss Josephine Hardin, Magee.
