Benjamin Hardin of Henry Co., KY to Mark Hardin, William Hardin, Daniel Hardin, Henry Hardin, Nathaniel Hardin (4-45) George Washington Hardin and Nancy Hardin and Jacob Kelly, the parties of the second part all being children of said Benjamin except Jacob Kelly who married Elizabeth Hardin, daughter of said Benjamin Hardin. Where one Laughead was entitled to a claim in Henry Co on Kentucky River containing 900 acres, resurveyed at 1020 acres. The said Benjamin Hardin and his brother Enos Hardin purchased of said Laughead 800 acres of land one McCord purchased the other 200 acres. Benjamin Hardin purchased 200 acres for his share and since traded his land in Owen Co., KY 200 acres for the 600 acres from the said Enos Hardin. Benjamin Hardin gave the land to his children and is now dividing it between them. and his brother Enos Hardin purchased of said Laughead 800 acres of land one McCord purchased the other 200 acres.
