Biography

Mary Ann was born in 1785. She is the daughter of Henry Hardin and Delilah Allensworth. She married Elijah Dawson in 1822. They have 10 children: Squire, Matthias, Uriah, Isabel, Ambrose, Mary Ann, Amanda, Charles, Andrew, Jackson. Mary Ann passed away in 1865. Burial in Crown Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana

Mary Ann's husband Elijah Dawson was a witness for and gave supporting affidavit for her father, Henry Harding's application for pension,
