William Harding was born in Cornwall, England.
William Harding was born in 1858 in South Hill, Cornwall, England & baptised there 13th May 1858 as "William Welsh Harding," the son of Richard Harding & Grace Welch.[1][2]
By the time of the 1861 Census, the "Welsh" had been dropped & he was known as "William Henry Harding."[3]
After the 1881 Census, William emigrated to Queensland, Australia possibly on either the "Melpomene" or the "Roma," both arriving in Queensland in 1883.[4][5]
William Henry Harding & Luise Maria Rawlings were married 8th April 1905 in Queensland, Australia.[6]
William Henry Harding, late Superintendent of Kuridala Ambulance, died aged 69 after a short illness, at his residence at Leigh Street, West End, Townsville, Queensland, Australia on 7th October 1927 and was laid to rest 8th October 1927 at the Belgian Gardens Cemetery, Townsville, Queensland, Australia.[7][8][9][10][11][12]
