Biography

Simon was born on December 23, 1776, in Westborough, Massachusetts. He was the son of Joseph Hardy and Lucy Parker.^[1]

He married Elizabeth Smith in 1808. Their marriage intention was filed in Lincoln, Massachusetts, on February 1, 1808. The Hardy genealogy (1935) has no record of children.^[1]

He died in Lincoln, Massachusetts, on January 4, 1830, at the age of 53.^[1] He is buried in Town Hill Cemetery in Lincoln.^[2]
