Olive was born about 1867. She was the daughter of Orrin Harger and Laura Neevers.[1] Probably about 1889, Olive married Frank Webb. They appeared on the 1892 New York state census in Lewis County with their young daughter, Flora.[2]Sometime before 1900 Olive parted ways with her husband and two daughters. On the 1900 census, Frank is living in Montgomery County under another name with their two daughters. Olive is not found again until January 22, 1914 when she is committed to the Oneida County Almshouse because of sickness.[3]On September 21, 1918 Olive married James Bolton.[4] The marriage record states that her first husband is dead, even though he wasn't. Olive passed away on October 21, 1926. [5]
