Biography

Ruth was the daughter of Victor and Nellie Harmless.

She married 1st Coleman Sappington in 1936.

She married 2nd Paul Fulk in 1941. They had one child. They later divorced.

In 1951, she came to Oregon with her husband. They settled in Portland, where she worked as a sales clerk for multiple department stores.

She married 3rd Alvin Wheeler in 1976.
