Biography
Elizabeth Harper was born about 1844 in North Carolina (estimated from US Census). She appears to have married a Casper. "Elizabeth Harper" appears in the death records of children. [1] She married James H. Langdon. She died before 1900 as James is described as widowed in the US 1900 Census.[2]
