Biography
Stephen Decator Harrell was born on November 20, 1854, in Holmes County, Florida, the child of Haywood Henry William and Elizabeth Eva. He married Frances Butler and they had five children together. He then married Francis Butler and they had six children together. He died on February 26, 1935, in Washington County, Florida, at the age of 80, and was buried in Holmes County, Florida.
