Harris-34955 and Harris-16514 appear to represent the same person because: Clearly the same person. Same birth place; same husband (once Robert Allen Brown-86937 and Robert Allen Brown-21263 are merged). Between the years of 1729-1776, NC was known as the 'Province of North Carolina'. The birth/death dates are different. I have found at least one Ancestry.com tree (https://www.ancestry.com/family-tree/person/tree/38704365/person/28458147488/story) that supports a birth date of 1774 and a death date of 1849.
