Biography

Alice "Allie" was born in March of 1858 the daughter of Cyrus and Caroline (Utter) Davis.

Alice first married Albert D. Harris; they divorced 24 May 1884.

Her second husband was George E. Olmstead, as his third wife, and they were married on 21 May 1888. They had six children:

1. Stanford Davis Olmstead, born 10 Oct 1888 in Chicago, Cook Co., IL; died 23 Nov 1973 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., UT.
2. George Robert Olmstead, born 5 Oct 1890 in Waukegan, IL; died 11 Dec 1937 in Powhatan, Powhatan Co., VA.
3. Gerald Donaldson Olmstead, born 11 May 1892 in Baraboo, Sauk Co., WI; died Sep 1969 in Orlando, Orange Co., FL.
4. Gladys E. Olmstead, born 21 Apr 1894 in Saint Joseph, MI; died 15 Apr 1973.
5. Gerard Cyrus Olmstead, born 13 Oct 1895 in Columbia Co. WI.
