Based on an online tree, Plummer was the middle child, born between his older brother Thomas (born c1802) and his younger brother "SAMUEL HARRIS, b. Abt. 1810, Granville Co, NC."[1]
Considering the tree has his parents, Arthur H. Harris and Rebecca Reavis, married in Granville County on 28 June 1800, Plummer was likely born in Granville County.[1]
A record of marriages in Granville County, North Carolina includes one for a Plummer Harris and Celestria Harris, who had been living as man and wife for 7 years, dated 26 August 1866.[2]
