Benjamin married Dora Harris on the 1st of January, 1868 at Sparta, Ohio and they had three children all born in Mt. Vernon; Sherman Grant Stinemetz 1871-1876, Charles Stinemetz 1873-1936, and Blanche Stinemetz 1875-1957, she married Albert B. Snair.
NOTE: ! ! ! ! Usually spelled STINEMETZ, but STEINMETZ, Steinemetz, Stinemets, Stinemates, Stinmetz, Stimatze, Stinemetze and Stinmets, are also commonly found as well as several other variations.
