Lois Claraessa Harrison [1], 80, of Sherwood passed away Saturday, May 17, 2014.
She was born in Des Arc, AR to the late Lonnie and Jewell Castleberry Harris.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of thirty eight years, George Harrison, and two brothers, Ernest and Ralph Harris.
Lois was a member of Sylvan Hills First Baptist Church and very active in numerous organizations. Lois was very active in her church, singing in the choir also Vacation Bible School.
She is survived by her son, Walter Harrison and wife, Stacie of Sherwood; grandchildren, Michael Harrison, Stefanie Harrison, Amelia Viktora, Danielle Davis ( Jake); one great-grandchild, Brayden Wyatt; three brothers, Raymond Harris, Kenneth Harris (Sue) and Howard Harris (Joyce); and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
Memorial service will be at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Sylvan Hills First Baptist Church, 9008 Hwy 107, Sherwood, AR 72120 with Reverend Keith Brickell officiating. Interment will be next to her husband at a later date at Little Rock National Cemetery.
