William Harris was born in 1740 in Providence, Rhode Island. His parents were Jonathan Harris and Mary Brown.
He married Mary Sprague on October 16, 1763.
He died on January 30, 1765, in Smithfield, Providence, Rhode Island.
His will is dated 26 January 1765 and proved on 8 February 1765 in Smithfield, Rhode Island.[1]
