Lucretia (Harris) Rogers was a South Carolina colonist.

Lucretia Harris was born on 6 Sep 1765 in Ninety-Six District, South Carolina.[1] The identity of her parents is not known.

Between 1781 and 1782, she married Daniel Rogers, Jr.. They made their home in the part of South Carolina that would soon become Edgefield County,[2] and had the following children:[1]

  8. Daniel, III (1796-1843), m. Nancy King Stallworth
  9. Lucretia (1797-1845), m. Matthew Mattox Mays
  10. David Jackson (1800-1890), m. Frances Taylor
  11. Littleberry (1801-1896)
  12. Felix (1804-1863), m. Cassandra Parkins
  13. Jane (1805-1870), m. Benjamin Rosamond[3]
  14. Nancy (1807-1880), m. Shubal Attaway

Nancy and Daniel were still living in Edgefield County in 1840.[4] Nancy passed away before 23 Oct 1843 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. We do not know the location of her grave.[1]

(Note: a wife is not listed in Daniel Rogers' will, so it is assumed she preceded him in death.)
