Benjamin Harris, the son of Thomas, jr. and Sarah (Norwood) Harris, was born August 1, 1731 in Gloucester, Essex, Massachusetts.[1]
Benjamin died 13 June 1738 of throat disease. His brother Thomas died the same day. [2]
