Thank you for separating these profiles from Edith as mother. And yes, you are correct about the difficulties documenting the name Bligh. It is already on my family charts done more than 100 years ago so I haven't taken that one on yet.

This William Harris family had some sad stories.

The source shown in Bligh-11 does not support the name Bligh. It is shown as Unknown. Torrey's shows the two wives as Edith __?__ and Susanna __?__

Do you think Toleration, as well as his siblings Andrew and Howlong, are the children of Edith Bligh? I believe you have them correctly as children of William Harris the lawyer of Pawtuxet. But Edith Bligh was the wife of William Harris of Middletown CT. I found reference to RI William Harris's wife as Susanna (in a letter he wrote from Algiers) and he also had a daughter Susan who seems to have died just before Toleration.

Just trying to straighten out the children of William and Edith Bligh Harris of Middletown. Records show he had only daughters. These RI children are showing up in the other records, although I think only Toleration comes from your profiles. Thanks for checking.
