Biography
Elizabeth is the child of Ephraim Harris and Hannah Elliott. [1]
She was born about 1799 in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. [Her gravestone has died Feb. 22.1881 aged 82 yrs 11 [unclear] Mo 27 Ds. Her sister Julia is on record as being born 21 Apr 1798, so a conflict. Temporarily using 1799.]
In 1802 she moved with her parents to Butler County in western Pennsylvania, where she married James Adams, a farmer, who lived in nearby Slippery Rock.
She died 22 Feb 1881 and buried in Prairie Cemetery. [2]
