He married Thankful Wilkinson, daughter of Edward and Rebecca Wilkinson, on 18 April 1717 at Milford, Connecticut. Thankful was born in 1697, died 20 July

He was buried at Branford Center Cemetery, Branford, New Haven County, Connecticut.
