Research note - the cause of the confusion. Two different Millies. In the book, "Some Harrisons of Marion County and Warren County, TN" Vol III, pp 6 & 7, it has a note that Milly Harrison m Isaac Hill before Sep 1865, in Warren Co. This would make several of the younger children (Nellie for sure and possibly Harrison and Virginia) the children of Isaac Hill.

From Rootsweb.com, the Janet Ariciu Family Bush, is the statement that Frank Smith married Millie Harrison in Warren Co., Tennessee. Millie was b in 1827 in Tennessee. It goes on to say that Isaac Hill married Milley Harrison on 06 Apr 1862 in Warren Co, Tennessee. This would definitely make Harrison, Nellie, and Virginia all Hills rather than Smiths.

Other places on Rootsweb it says that Isaac Hill married Millie Harrison née Douglas, who was the widow of George Harrison. Our Millie Harrison had a big brother George who married Mildred (Millie) Douglas. I think this is the cause of the confusion. Two different Millies.
