Note N21182She sold land to Ralph and John Fuqua: She sold land to Ralph and John Fuqua: This Indenture made this 25 Feb l806 Between Ansey Fuqua of Bedford C.ounty of the one part and Ralph Fuqua and John Fuqua her sons, of the other part, Witnesseth that the said Ansey Fuqua for and in consideration of the love and affection to her two sons but more especially in consideration of two dellars the receipt of which she doth hereby acknowledge, hath bargained and sold and by these presents do bargain and sell to theabove mentioned Ralpy and John Fuqua one certain Tract or Parcel or parcels of land lying in the State of North Carolina being the sme land sonveyed to the aforesaid Ansey Fuqua by her father, her husband of the aforesaid Ansey Fuqua intended by his last will and testament to convey to his two sons, Ralph and John, their heirs, assign forever, with every advantage and appurtenance thereunto belonging or any wise appurtaining to be equally divided between her two sons aforesaid or their heirs aggreeable to quantity and quality and the said Ansey Fuqua do by these presents agree for herself and her heirs to warrant and forever defend the sale Ralph and John the land hereby bargained and sold with its appurtenances from the claim of her the said Ansey Fuqua her heirs of any person or persons claiming under her.
