'The Family History of Hart of Donegal.' William Ellerker Hart was educated at Rugby & at St.John's College, Cambridge. He was senior judge of the 'Small Cause Court from which position he retired in 1891. He again went out to India in 1892 to practice at the Bar, but was overtaken by illness which caused his death. He died & was buried at sea between Bombay and Aden.
