Yvonne Adeline Hart was born in 1917 in Mullumbimby, New South Wales, Australia and was named for her mother's twin sister who had died in infancy.
Yvonne married Stanley Alexander Flett on 22 April 1946 and they had 3 children. Stanley was a teacher at St Martin's and the family lived in Richmond, New South Wales, Australia.
Yvonne died in Canberra, Australia Capital Territory in 2008.

Hart-4107 and Hart-3154 appear to represent the same person because: Clear match. Same name, although married name not included in 4107 but this will be corrected when merged into 3154. Same parents, same birth date. Confirmed with profile manager of 4107 that it is the same person.
