Susan died on November 13 1890 at Cornwell on the Hudson, Rochester, New York: "Mrs. Susan A. Hart Palmer, widow of General Oliver H. Palmer, died on Thursday at Cornwall-on-the-Hudson. The funeral services will be held at St. Paul's Church to-morrow afternoon at 3 o'clock. "^[4]
